Mindera Group is seeking a senior engineering leader to enhance core enterprise platforms in HR and Finance, emphasizing the technical architecture of SAP and Oracle estates. This role involves leading transformations, managing engineering teams, and ensuring the stability of these platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in enterprise environments, an in-depth understanding of SAP and Oracle HCM, along with a collaborative mindset for process integration.
