R Shiny Developer - Part-time

Reporting to the VP, Biostatistics, this part-time contractor role will develop and maintain R Shiny applications and analytics toolkits that transform clinical trial analyses into interactive dashboards and decision-support tools. The goal is to enable cross-functional teams to efficiently explore efficacy, safety, PK/PD, dose optimization, and regulatory-readiness data without requiring programming expertise., * Develop R Shiny dashboards for clinical trial review and decision support.

• Convert existing statistical analyses into reusable, interactive applications.
• Build tools for exploring efficacy, safety, exposure-response, biomarker, and dose optimization data.
• Create executive-level dashboards tracking study progress, data maturity, and key program metrics.
• Develop regulatory-focused dashboards supporting Accelerated Approval, Project Optimus, dose optimization, and competitive benchmarking assessments.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure applications are user-friendly, reproducible, and maintainable.

• Strong R and R Shiny programming experience.
• Experience working with clinical trial data (SDTM/ADaM preferred).
• Understanding of oncology clinical development and statistical analyses.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
• Ability to work independently and translate analytical outputs into business-focused insights.
