IT Systems Analyst - SAP

The Systems Analyst will support and optimize business-critical systems, including SAP, MES, SCADA, and other integrated platforms, to ensure seamless operations across factory and office environments. This role involves analyzing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating integrations to enhance efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with second- and third-level support teams to resolve complex technical issues, delivering high-quality solutions that align with operational needs., * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) to ensure optimal performance and availability.

• Analyze business requirements and implement system configurations or integrations to support factory and office operations.
• Collaborate with second and thirdlevel support teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Document system processes, configurations, and support activities in a ticketing system.
• Provide training and guidance to endusers on system functionality and best practices.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure compatibility and stability.
• Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety and IT security protocols during system implementations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and document processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including IT, operations, and external support vendors.
• Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and support requests.
• Familiarity with system integration methodologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Comfort working in a fastpaced factory environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 34 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies.
• Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL) and system performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a factory environment.
• Professional certification is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams).
• Working knowledge of SAP system strongly preferred., * Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
• Must be fluent in English
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
