This organisation is consolidating data from multiple commercial and operational systems into a governed enterprise data platform, creating a rare opportunity to join a Fabric implementation at a pivotal stage of its journey. You’ll have genuine influence over how data is modelled, governed and consumed across the business, working with senior stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sitting between business and technology teams, combining stakeholder engagement, data modelling and reporting expertise to drive meaningful outcomes.

  • Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to deliver trusted reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Semantic models, dimensions, hierarchies, measures and reusable business definitions.
  • Data Engineers to help shape data requirements for Fabric Bronze and Silver layers.
  • Advanced dashboards, reports and insight packs supporting commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance across multiple business systems.
  • Data governance, KPI documentation and analytical best practices.
  • A broad range of data domains including finance, customer, retail, ecommerce, marketing and membership data.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience working with Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query and Semantic Models
  • Experience delivering finance or commercial reporting solutions
  • Strong data modelling skills including fact tables, dimensions and star schema design
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience validating and reconciling data to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Understanding of Medallion Architecture, Lakehouse concepts or governed analytics would be highly beneficial

Benefits & conditions

  • Up to £55,000 salary
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in London
  • Opportunity to work on a flagship Microsoft Fabric programme
  • Exposure to modern cloud analytics technologies and enterprise-scale data platforms
  • Collaborative environment working alongside Data Engineers, Architects and BI specialists
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous improvement
  • Excellent pension, holiday allowance and wider benefits package
