Senior Full Stack Engineer (RoR)

• Design, build, and maintain core web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc).
• Deliver features end-to-end with clarity, reliability, and performance.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and data models in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Write clean, well-tested code and review peer contributions.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• Extensive expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar).
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, authentication, and secure web design.
• Proficiency with SQL databases, Git workflows, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure/Heroku).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker, GraphQL, or real-time systems.
• Experience with monitoring and observability (Sentry, Datadog, etc.).
• Exposure to AI/ML APIs or data-driven applications.
• Open-source or personal projects showing craftsmanship.

Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 annual salary plus meaningful equity at an early stage company.
