Job description
As an IT Projects Administrator, you will be part of the IT Projects Team, providing support to the IT Project Lead in the delivery of a range of IT projects across Aventum Group and its associated entities.
The role will support projects designed to improve and enhance Operations and Service Delivery, Platforms and Infrastructure, End-User Computing, and Security. This will include supporting supplier management, system and application migrations, application setup, networking, and the implementation of a range of IT solutions. This is an opportunity to develop your IT project and technical knowledge while contributing to the successful delivery of projects that support the wider needs and objectives of the business.
Role Accountabilities
- Supporting the delivery of IT projects across the Group.
- Providing basic supplier management and coordination support.
- Supporting system migrations and End-User Computing activities.
- Assisting with Microsoft Azure configuration and administration.
- Providing support to the IT Service Desk team as required.
- Supporting the implementation of network solutions for new and existing offices across the Group.
- Keeping project stakeholders informed of progress, actions, and key updates.
- Using Azure DevOps to track project activities and support Agile ways of working.
- Supporting Business-as-Usual (BAU) handovers, including preparing documentation and assisting with team training.
- Supporting system reviews, administration, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Any additional duties assigned.
Requirements
- An interest in IT and technology, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- IT qualifications or relevant studies would be an advantage but are not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications would be an advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and responsive approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
