The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Industry Principal - SAP (IPCON) to play a key leadership role within our European SAP Practice. This is a high-impact position for an experienced SAP leader with deep S/4HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.You will define SAP transformation strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA initiatives - particularly within finance-led and services-industry transformations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and shape SAP S/4HANA transformation vision for enterprise clientsAct as a trusted advisor to CFOs and CXOs, driving business value through SAPArchitect and govern end-to-end SAP Finance solutionsLead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programsEnsure delivery excellence, quality, and risk management across engagementsContribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support Required ExperienceHands-on leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud - Finance implementationsStrong background in the Services IndustrySolid understanding of:General Ledger, fiscal year variants, period-end closeConsolidation, statutory reporting, and localizationIntercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliationCash management, bank integration, and multi-bank connectivityTime & Expense management systemsRevenue Recognition processes Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapesIntegration experience with systems such as CRM, Concur, Time Entry, and Data WarehousesExposure to e-invoicing / e-billing solutionsFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) What We’re Looking ForStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven leadership with high initiative and adaptabilityCustomer-focused, value-driven mindsetStrong quality and delivery orientationExcellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executive stakeholders
