Data Scientist - Senior Consultant

What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience solving complex, real-world problems using data science and analyticsStrong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) with a solid grounding in probability and statisticsDeep understanding of machine learning methods and their practical application.Experience delivering multiple end-to-end data science projects across varied data types and business domainsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitCloud experience (e.g., Azure, AWS) and working with ML platforms and servicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to align analytical outputs with broader business objectives Desirable SkillsExperience using R and NLP or deep learning techniques (e.g., TF-IDF, word embeddings, CNNs, RNNs)Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineeringExperience with Azure Databricks, MLflow, Azure ML services, Docker, or KubernetesExposure to Agile development environments and software engineering best practicesExperience working in large, complex organisations or regulated industriesStrong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
