Job description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records and liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers., As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate supplier information and processing amendments across the business. You will work closely with teams including Procurement, Finance and Operations, ensuring supplier records are kept up to date and any discrepancies are resolved quickly., * Processing and inputting supplier amendment requests accurately and efficiently

  • Reviewing supporting documentation and checking the necessary approvals are in place
  • Updating supplier records and databases to reflect current contractual terms
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding amendments and requirements
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues with supplier information
  • Supporting supplier and customer data cleansing and preparation
  • Assisting with improving processes for managing supplier amendments
  • Ensuring all activity complies with company policies, procedures and data privacy requirements

Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administration or data entry role, ideally within a procurement, supply chain or similar environment.

You will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • A methodical approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
  • Experience using ERP or contract management systems would be advantageous, * Administrative Roles (Administration)
