• Assess data availability and quality through exploratory analysis, then transform raw data into clean, trusted datasets ready for reporting.
• Design data models that reflect real business logic, not just technical structure.
• Build MVP dashboards early and iterate them in short cycles based on real user feedback.
• Communicate insights clearly and present outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Create well-documented data products and processes so others can understand, trust, and reuse your work.

• Identify opportunities to automate processes and build scalable solutions beyond dashboards.”

Maths, Economics, Statistics or other STEM subjects are preferred major fields. 2 years, “- Ability to explore, assess, analyze and transform data: identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and limitations, and preparing clean datasets for analysis.

• Ability to build actionable dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau): highlighting the metrics driving decisions and removing unnecessary complexity from the dashboard.
• Ability to structure work as reusable products: documenting logic, calculations, and processes so others can build on your work.
• Working knowledge of descriptive and univariate statistics to explore data, validate insights, and support decision-making.”
