Data Migration Engineer

I am looking for an experienced Data Migration Engineer to help move large-scale data from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for a central government department, using Cloudiway and native Microsoft migration tools. You’ll run end-to-end migrations so users move to the new platform with complete, accurate data as seemlessly as possible.

• Significant hands-on experience delivering large-scale data migration jobs across Google Workspace and M365 environments.
• Strong data security knowledge within migration and platform change contexts.
• Confident PowerShell scripting skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end execution while keeping sight of the broader operational picture.
• Experience of working within a team and across a wider network of teams.
• Self-motivation, resilience and a track record of delivery in complex or highly regulated organisations.
• Genuine interest in data and in all aspects of data migration work.
