SAP S/4HANA Finance SME

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, and Cash Management.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, and PS teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of SAP best practices.

• 10-12 years of SAP FICO/SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Financial Accounting (FI), and Management Accounting (CO).
• Experience in configuration, testing, and business process design.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) projects.
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Fiori.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
