  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure, application, and connectivity incidents.
  • Support Azure or AWS cloud services and related infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, servers, and network-connected devices.
  • Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and group policies.
  • Support endpoint management, patching, software deployment, and system updates.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security events.
  • Maintain technical documentation, asset information, and configuration records.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and IT improvement projects.
  • Identify recurring problems and implement preventative technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, IT engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong Microsoft Windows Server and desktop administration experience.
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or another cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, scripting, or automation.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of endpoint management and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
