Leonteq is looking for a senior structurer to join its team in London. This person will be responsible for the continued development of Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) as underlyings for its innovative range of investment solutions., * Development of cross-asset QIS ( with initial focus on Global Equities)

• QIS platform development and AI integration
• Origination and delivery of QIS indices to Leonteq’s different client types, together with global sales teams
• Demonstrable experience of QIS Governance Framework
• Structuring and pricing of products with QIS underlyings
• Collaboration across multiple stakeholders (Trading, Structuring, Legal & Compliance, Documentations, Risk, MO, etc) to deliver the QIS solutions and projects

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics. A Master’s or PhD is a plus
• At least 7 years of professional experience in QIS Structuring at a major investment bank
• Experience in regulatory projects related to QIS in Europe and/or Switzerland, as well as in client presentations and roadshows
• Strong quantitative and communication skills, with knowledge of cross-asset structured product pricing and structuring
• Demonstrable experience in complex data analysis
• Strong programming skills (ideally Python)
• Ability to deliver working solutions within short time frames
• Solution-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across the organization
