Job description

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Data Analyst Technical Trainer to join our amazing team at Leep Talent, part of Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.

You will be responsible for the delivery of Data Analytics Training across our Apprenticeship and Bootcamp programs at L3 and L4. Within this role you are not just a ‘Trainer’ but a mentor to the learners that you are supporting, as you will also be guiding them to evidence the knowledge through a portfolio that will show the work-based skill sets that they have learnt whilst on programme.

You will work alongside the Curriculum & IQA and Service Delivery Teams to develop the training methodologies currently used within the business, and introduce different ways of working to be able to establish individual learning needs, identifying best practices and bringing individualism and personality to a standardised course., * Motivate and encourage learning and development in your learners, in modules including; Excel, Access, R, SQL, Azure Data Fundamentals, PowerBi and Tableau.

  • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment which caters to various learning styles, overseeing the development and progress of all learners undergoing the apprenticeship.
  • Maintain current and relevant curriculum content through regular reviews of your training slides, including development and maintenance of learning resources.
  • Develop effective training plans to establish the needs of both the employer and Apprentice, actively developing new initiatives and training methodologies to impact candidates learning.
  • Display a strong knowledge of Ofsted Good requirements in line with the Education and Inspection Framework.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Data Analyst role is essential, as well as relevant qualifications, ideally at degree level.
  • Experience in developing learner progression through a series of learning stages, providing constructive feedback to learners and motivating them to perform at their best.
  • PGCE/CertEd/QTS or L4 Teaching qualification, as well as qualifications in IT and L2 English & Maths qualifications.
  • The ability to come to the London office 6 days per year., * Bachelor’s (required)

Experience:

  • Data Analysis: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • L3 teaching qualification (required)

The successful candidate must also complete all pre-employment vetting and will complete safeguarding training during their induction.
