Job description
| Digital Delivery Manager | Remote / Hybrid | £35,000 |
Are you a BIM professional who bridges the gap between design teams, information requirements and digital delivery? Do you thrive in an environment where Revit is a daily tool and ISO 19650 isn’t a mystery? This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, specialist organisation that is transforming how the built environment manages asset information.
We work with asset owners, contractors and project teams across the UK to bring structure, intelligence and compliance to complex information environments. Our Digital Delivery Managers sit at the heart of that work, translating information requirements into practical delivery workflows and making sure project teams actually follow them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating information requirements (AIR/EIR) into practical, workable delivery workflows for project teams
- Configuring and managing a Common Data Environment (CDE), setting up projects, workflows, user roles and permissions
- Conducting model audits and information compliance checks against defined standards
- Running clash detection workshops and facilitating model coordination meetings across Architecture, MEP and Structural teams
- Extracting and manipulating model data using advanced Excel skills, structuring it for import into our platform
- Delivering training to both platform administrators and end users
- Supporting project stakeholder onboarding and guiding teams on modelling best practice
- Working alongside Senior DDMs and Project Managers on complex client engagements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Revit?, * Strong hands-on experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, MEP, Structural or similar)
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, this is a core daily tool, not a background skill
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 principles and information management in construction
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable manipulating and validating large data sets
- Confident communicating with project teams and clients, translating technical concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Nice to have:
- Experience with IFC and open BIM standards
- Prior use of Common Data Environments (e.g. Aconex, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, Viewpoint)
- Experience with Solibri, particularly Information Take-Off (ITO) for model validation and data extraction
- Training delivery experience in a technical or construction digital context
- Exposure to information requirements authoring (EIR/AIR)
Benefits & conditions
You’ll work on some of the most complex and strategically important portfolios in the UK, alongside a team of specialists who genuinely care about the quality of their work. This is a hybrid or fully remote role with a competitive salary, 25 days holiday and the opportunity to grow within a business that sits at the cutting edge of construction information management.
Please note: some projects may require Security Clearance (SC). Candidates must have been UK-resident for a minimum of 3 years to be eligible.
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
