HowYou’llMake an Impact

• Guide and educate internal teams on interpreting and applying business intelligence products to support customer experience improvement
• Communicate data integrity issues,nuancesand insights to stakeholders at all levels in a clear manner
• Maintain key metric definitions and oversee BIsingle sourceof truth reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Provide conceptual and technicalexpertisewhileestablishingbest practices in data management and business intelligence delivery
• Integrate technical projects across functions, ensuring successful teamwork assignments and resource needs are met
• Oversee BI product design, development and technical strategy aligned with business needs
• Monitor and manage business requests to the Business Intelligence Group, driving quality reviews and issue resolution

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or related work experience, * 7+ hands-on experience developing custom BI solutions using Django, Rest API, data strategies, and data best practices
• 5+ years of experience providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience as a BI developer/analyst/architect, or other related roles with BI development practices
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing teams of employees and contractors

Skills

• Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
• Advanced knowledge in full life-cycle solution delivery (i.e.data engineering, product development)
• Advanced demonstrated written and verbal communication skills;proficiencyin delivering oral and written presentations to large and small groups
• Demonstrated deep working knowledge of business intelligence platforms,database, and analytical tools
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop a team
• Possess the intellectual curiosity to work through ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel & Access
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience working with one or many BI platforms, * Master’s Degree or MBA, * Experience with Cable TV, Internet, and/or Phone productsandservices or related industry experience
