Job description

Lead the design and development of robust infrastructure architectures aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize system deployment, configuration, and management processes.
Engineer and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and other virtualization technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions that incorporate IT infrastructure, network infrastructure, operating systems, and APIs.
Oversee the technical implementation of systems including virtualization, storage solutions, and data center operations.
Provide expert troubleshooting support for complex engineering issues related to system design, network connectivity, and software deployment.
Develop scripting solutions using Python, Java, or other languages to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
Ensure security compliance by implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions across various platforms.
Support the integration of new technologies into existing environments while maintaining high availability and performance standards.
Lead technical troubleshooting efforts during system outages or performance issues to minimize downtime.
Guide team members through technical challenges by providing mentorship in system design principles and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in system design for system development within enterprise IT environments.
Strong background in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Extensive knowledge of technology infrastructure engineering including cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and data center operations.
Hands-on experience with software implementation across diverse operating systems including Windows and Linux.
Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle or similar systems; familiarity with database management is advantageous.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including network infrastructure, servers, storage solutions, and computer management.
Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure access controls.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical solutions implementation projects effectively within Agile environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills in engineering support scenarios involving hardware, software, or network issues.
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, APIs integration, and SDLC methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
