SAP Business Processes Senior Consultant Controlling - Global Delivery Hub

The Global Delivery Hub, part of SAP Customer Value Group Board Area, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technically and functionally the business processes.

For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skill. As a technical expert, you will access SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

This role provides you with opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role. Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems. Your task will be to analyze customers’ systems within the SAP Max Success Plan Segment as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA controlling modules: Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Overhead Management.
• AI skills required for this position: Agentic AI Day-to-Day Practice, AI-Assisted Automation & Prototyping
• Development knowledge in ABAP or other programming languages would be a plus.
• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
