The Portfolio Planning organization at Stellantis is responsible for setting the North America Long Range Vehicle Product Plan, leveraging data analytics tools to provide insights into the automotive market, and performing consumer research to inspire new products and experiences through an understanding of human needs and attitudes. These teams within the Portfolio Planning organization are highly strategic and require “out of the box” thinking to plan for the company’s future.
This student program position is with Portfolio Planning’s Data Analytics team and will participate in structuring and transforming data; building reports; and providing data and insights for special projects and studies to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field from an accredited college or university

Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications

Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round

Willingness to relocate, if applicable

Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, Data Analysis Toolpak)

Advanced analytical and PowerPoint presentation building skills

Previous automotive internships/experience
Benefits & conditions
This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States.
During the academic year, students who reside in the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedules permit.
During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule.
During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion. Relocation assistance may be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements.
Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to remain in the program through graduation.
