Job description

Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality standards and testing strategies
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across applications
Leverage AI/ML tools to enhance test coverage, defect detection, and predictive analysis
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using bug tracking tools
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, pipelines, and tooling
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

Proven experience in QA engineering with a focus on test automation
Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools)
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
