Job description
- Design, support, and optimize Teamcenter 2-Tier, 4-Tier, and web-based architectures.
- Manage Active Workspace, Enterprise Tier, and Web Tier environments.
- Support FSC/FMS, Dispatcher, and Multi-Site architectures.
- Manage BMIDE configurations, Teamcenter security, TEM, and Deployment Center.
- Lead Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, patching, and environment refreshes.
- Establish performance baselines, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Analyze performance of login, search, BOM processing, JT visualization, and file downloads.
- Identify bottlenecks across Teamcenter, database, network, and storage layers.
- Develop capacity-planning and performance-improvement strategies.
- Implement and manage Teamcenter Performance Monitor (TPM).
- Develop monitoring and observability dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and Nagios.
- Monitor JMX metrics, application logs, service health, Dispatcher queues, and Multi-Site replication.
- Perform Oracle performance tuning, including execution plans, AWR, ASH, and database statistics.
- Optimize Tomcat/WebSphere, JVMs, and connection pools.
- Perform Linux and Windows infrastructure performance diagnostics.
- Support HA, DR, and load-balancing architectures.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Platform Architect with 10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter experience, specializing in platform architecture, performance engineering, monitoring/observability, Oracle database tuning, and infrastructure optimization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise-scale Teamcenter environments, including 2-Tier, 4-Tier, Web Architecture, Active Workspace (AWC), FSC/FMS, Dispatcher, Multi-Site, BMIDE, TEM, and Deployment Center., * 10+ years of Teamcenter platform experience.
- Strong enterprise Teamcenter architecture experience.
- Extensive performance engineering and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with load/stress/endurance/scalability testing.
- Strong Oracle database performance-tuning experience.
- Experience with TPM and enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Experience supporting HA/DR and load-balancing architectures.
- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, patching, and environment refreshes.
- Strong experience across Windows and Linux environments., * Global Teamcenter Multi-Site experience.
- Cloud-hosted Teamcenter experience.
- Enterprise monitoring/observability integration experience.
- Experience developing performance improvement roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
