Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15-20 hours / week Join us as a Working Student (f/m/d) in Support for our Service Management & DevOps Center Team in Munich Perlach or Erlangen and help us shape innovative IT solutions while you grow your skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. You’ll make an impact by You actively support the Service Management & DevOps Center Team, assisting in tasks such as license provisioning, charging activities, and application portfolio analysis Building on this, you contribute to the Siemens IT Mendix DevOps Center by developing and executing concepts to ensure process adherence, as well as supporting the Software Development Life Cycle Furthermore, you help maintain the consistency and quality of our customer-facing and internal service knowledge base In addition, you support service-related marketing by creating engaging newsletter articles and professional PowerPoint presentations Throughout all tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team This is how you’ll win us over Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology, or a related field Experience and Skills: Experienced in using MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiar with state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance personal productivity Ideally, you have knowledge of SharePoint, Wiki usage, or LowCode technology (e.g., Mendix) Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong communication skills, can work autonomously, and show a structured and analytical approach as a team player Languages: You are fluent in English and German You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate. Requirements
