Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply Planning, the Deployment Analyst is responsible for creating deployment plans for specific manufacturing facilities within the Accelerator business, supporting iconic brands such as KIND, Tru Fru, Nature’s Bakery, and the newly acquired Kellanova portfolio. If you thrive in an inspiring, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring product availability and supply chain excellence across a growing portfolio of brands.

A Taste of What You Will Be Doing

  • Create deployment plans - Create and execute deployment plans that direct product flow from manufacturing facilities to meet forward demand. Manage inventory and warehouse space constraints while minimizing risk to customer service and case fill. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned plants, overseeing product deployment across the network, optimizing outbound volume, maximizing space utilization, and protecting service levels.
  • Cross-Functional Partner - Partner with Supply Planners, Sales, Distribution, Transportation, and other cross-functional teams to optimize service levels, inventory, and costs while driving the best overall supply chain outcomes.
  • Maintain Planning System Parameters - Work within planning systems to manage deployment horizons, transit times, shipping constraints, and inventory limitations. Conduct daily forward risk and root cause analysis to improve case fill performance, while redeploying both planned and unplanned product to support service and inventory objectives.
  • Communication - Provide timely analysis, insights, and recommendations related to service and cost opportunities, while delivering clear and proactive communication to stakeholders. Partner closely across teams to keep key partners informed, aligned, and equipped to make decisions that support service, inventory, and cost objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of supply and demand planning processes, key business drivers, key metrics, and organizational structures.
  • Proficiency working with SAP or similar database application technologies.
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel or similar software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Benefits & conditions

The annual salary range is $67,207 - $88,209, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
