Job description

SAP Technical Delivery Manager 6 Month Contract - 37 hours per week Monday - FridayBased: Preston OR Frimley Day Rate: £600 PAYE or £811 Umbrella inside IR35OverviewAs SAP Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of SAP changes across the backlog while driving DevOps and Agile best practices. Working closely with Product Leads, stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure delivery plans align with business objectives and maximise value across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for creating a high-performing, collaborative environment where continuous improvement, accountability and customer-focused delivery are at the forefront.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of SAP change initiatives and operational activities.Manage team capacity, capability and resource allocation to maximise delivery throughput and business value.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and

PI Planning.Drive DevOps principles including collaboration, automation, continuous improvement and customer-centric decision making.Ensure delivery commitments are achieved through effective planning, forecasting and risk management.Remove blockers and address impediments that could impact successful delivery.Monitor and report on key delivery metrics including velocity, lead time, cycle time and delivery performance.QualificationsProven experience delivering SAP projects and change within large, complex organisations.Strong Agile delivery experience, including Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile environments.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience using delivery metrics and KPIs to drive team performance and operational efficiency.Ability to manage delivery from planning through to deployment and early-life support.A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing.ClearanceBPSSInclusion StatementOutsource UK is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
