Job description

Second Line Engineer or MSP Engineer with a starting salary of £33k.

You’ll handle escalated support, lead projects (Cyber Essentials, Copilot implementations), and rotate through actual engineering work - not just tickets.

Client site visits happen as and when needed, not twice weekly - maybe once a month. You’re part of a small team with direct access to leadership.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, 2.5+ years MSP experience.

You care about learning.

You work well in a team.

You want variety and growth, not burnout.

You’ll need:

  • Experience with HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, ConnectWise, or similar MSP ticketing platforms
  • Windows Server, M365, and core networking fundamentals
  • Cyber Essentials or security tooling experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfort working in a service desk environment (booked schedules, documented processes)
