A leading organization is seeking a Data Quality Assurance Engineer to join its growing Data & Analytics team in a hybrid work environment. Required Skills & Experience * Strong hands-on experience with ETL testing and data validation

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and verification

• Experience working with dimensional data models and data warehouses

• Ability to execute data migration and data integrity testing initiatives

• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies

• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desired Skills & Experience * Experience with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehouses

• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) platforms

• Experience validating BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Hex, or similar analytics platforms

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or similar scripting languages

• Experience with SSIS packages or related ETL technologies
