Job description

As a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, working closely with our sales team to understand client business needs and demonstrate the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will be responsible for designing and presenting tailored solutions, conducting product demos, and answering technical questions. You will also collaborate with our services team and partner community to ensure customer success. This role will leverage the power of Revenue Cloud to automate revenue operations on an integrated platform, deliver seamless buying and selling experiences, and close deals faster with guided quoting and AI with Agentforce. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client business requirements within Manufacturing (primary focus), with secondary support across Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods, translating them into effective Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, with particular attention to Manufacturing-specific challenges such as complex product configurations, channel/distributor pricing, and contract-driven revenue models.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Revenue Cloud, emphasizing how it streamlines the quote-to-cash process, from catalogs and pricing to CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and orders - all on the #1 AI CRM.
  • Create and present solutions highlighting the benefits of automating revenue operations, delivering seamless buying and selling experiences, and closing deals faster with guided quoting and Agentforce.
  • Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process, showcasing deep expertise in Revenue Cloud.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Revenue Cloud features and best practices, as well as industry-specific trends and challenges across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods.
  • Participate in industry and product events and webinars., Leads Rapid7’s global technical sales organization across Sales Engineering Specialists, Forward Engineering, Labs, and the Center of Excellence. Develops technical sales strategy, organizational roadmaps, succession frameworks, and engineering capabilities while partnering with sales leadership. Oversees integrations, demo infrastructure, enterprise platform architecture, ROI modeling, resource planning, and cross-functional execution. Requirements

The Revenue Cloud Specialists team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join our PACE (Products, Auto, Consumer and Energy) organization. We’re looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help our Manufacturing clients - along with Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods clients - achieve their revenue goals through the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. If you’re a problem-solver with strong technical aptitude and a passion for client success, we encourage you to apply!, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
