Requirements

  • 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
  • Strong Core Java, Java 8/11/17+
  • Spring Boot / Spring Framework
  • Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database development
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MQ / WebSphere MQ
  • Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs
  • Microservices architecture
  • Experience with Spring MVC / Spring Boot
  • Good understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS
  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD
  • Strong debugging and production-support skills
  • Experience working in banking/financial-services environments preferred
  • AI tool experience exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/enterprise AI assistants, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools
  • Ability to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, test-case creation and developer productivity while following enterprise security policies
