Senior Consultant Test Management

As a Senior Consultant Test Management, you are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results. You take on a central role in complex projects, identify risks in the testing process at an early stage, and proactively develop suitable solutions., * You take on the preparation, planning and monitoring of tests in the relevant project phases together with the various stakeholders.

• In doing so, you manage bug fixes and test releases and set up reports on test progress.
• You are responsible for creating and implementing training courses for test management tools and processes.
• Defining an overarching test strategy and creating the functional test cases fall within your area of responsibility.
• With your expertise, you actively develop lasting client relationships.
• As a mentor, you are always there for your colleagues with your experience.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• In addition to in-depth knowledge of processes and methods, you also have user knowledge in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• A high level of client and service orientation, strong communication skills and your team-player mentality round out your profile.
• Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
• With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
