Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 12+ years of Java backend development 5+ years in Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Staff Engineer roles Spring Boot and Microservices expertise Strong AWS experience (especially ECS/Fargate, IAM, RDS, ALB, CloudWatch) REST API architecture Docker & Kubernetes (bonus) CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc. Elasticsearch/OpenSearch Event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ) Distributed systems Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) Mentoring engineers Architecture ownership Performance optimization Enterprise application modernization
