Director, Data Science & AI

We are looking for a Director of Data Science & AI to lead enterprise AI strategy, solution development, and go-to-market initiatives. This role brings together technical leadership, client advisory, practice development, strategic partnerships, and people leadership.

You will work with executive stakeholders, enterprise clients, engineering teams, and technology partners to transform emerging AI capabilities into responsible, scalable, and commercially valuable solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Define and drive the organization’s AI, generative AI, data science, and AI governance strategy.
• Build differentiated AI offerings, solution roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and thought leadership.
• Advise enterprise clients through discovery, solution architecture, proposals, and executive-level engagements.
• Guide the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, data platforms, and intelligent automation.
• Develop strategic relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and other technology ecosystem partners.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, architects, consultants, and AI practitioners across geographies.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure that AI solutions are technically sound, commercially relevant, and successfully delivered.

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Analytics, Information Technology, or a closely related field, plus at least two years of experience in enterprise AI, data science, AI solution development, technical consulting, or go-to-market activities.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and responsible AI.
• Experience building AI practices, solutions, platforms, or consulting capabilities from strategy through execution.
• Ability to engage credibly with both senior business leaders and deeply technical teams.
• Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements, developing go-to-market strategies, and building technology partnerships.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

Salary range: Between $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year. Pay is based on several factors including geographical locations but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
