Requirements
- 3+ years in BI, data engineering, or data warehouse development
- Hands-on T-SQL: complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning
- ETL/ELT pipelines built with ADF or a comparable orchestration tool
- Dimensional modeling: star schemas, fact/dimension design, surrogate keys, SCD Type 1/2
- Transformations in notebooks (Python/Pandas); Fabric, Spark, and Power BI semantic models are a plus
Benefits & conditions
- $98,500 - $105,500 base salary
- 10% target cash incentive bonus
- $5,000 one-time equity grant

Versalytix is leading a search for our client, an established U.S. manufacturer building a modern data platform on Microsoft Fabric.
This role bridges traditional BI engineering and modern cloud analytics: ingestion pipelines into Fabric, T-SQL and dimensional modeling, Azure Data Factory orchestration, and notebook-based transformations in Python and Pandas. You’ll design the data and semantic models that power analytics and self-service BI.
