IT Manager

• Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, workstations and production technology.
• Ensure system uptime to support continuous plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across office and production environments.
• Oversee ERP, inventory management and RF/scanning systems used within operations.
• Maintain data integrity, system backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage cybersecurity protocols, access controls, data protection and system monitoring.
• Support USDA, SQF and internal audit requirements relating to systems and traceability.
• Coordinate vendors and third-party providers for upgrades, maintenance and technical support.

• 5+ years of progressive Information Technology experience.
• Manufacturing or food processing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers and system administration.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management and RF technology.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Experience managing user access controls and system monitoring.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

We’re working with an established food manufacturing company.
