This role will play a key part in enhancing business decision-making, operational efficiency, and reporting capability across the organisation through the development of scalable data models, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation. The successful individual will combine strong technical capability with a practical, business-focused approach, helping the organisation improve visibility, streamline reporting processes, and drive more effective data-led decision making.This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working across reporting, analytics, data engineering, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement., Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs across the businessTranslate complex data into meaningful commercial and operational insightConduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunitiesSupport stakeholders with self-service reporting and analytical capabilityDesign and maintain scalable data models and reporting pipelinesIntegrate and prepare data from multiple systems and sourcesDevelop and automate recurring reports and workflows using SQL, Python, and automation toolsSupport continuous improvement across reporting, data quality, and automation capabilityEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting outputsSupport data cleansing, reconciliation, and governance processesMaintain documentation across reporting structures, models, and analytical processesWork closely with operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders across the businessTranslate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutionsSupport adoption of data-led decision making across the organisation

Proven experience within a Data Analyst or data-focused analytical roleStrong experience building dashboards, reports, and data models using modern BI toolsExperience working with Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Business ObjectsStrong SQL capability across Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle environmentsExperience supporting operational and commercial reporting environmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced business environmentsAdvanced Power BI and Excel capabilityStrong SQL and data modelling expertiseExperience with reporting automation and workflow toolsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilityAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersStrong organisational and documentation skillsMicrosoft Power Platform exposureAzure Data & Integration Services experienceOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) exposureExperience with Python and reporting automationData or BI certificationsExperience within operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG environmentsCommercially aware and insight-drivenHands-on and delivery-focusedCurious and continuously improvingCollaborative with strong stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable operating across both technical and business teams
