• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system designs aligned with best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs and other web services to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Implement and optimize system architecture for high performance, scalability, and security within cloud infrastructure environments.
• Utilize Agile software development methodologies to deliver iterative improvements rapidly while maintaining high code quality through version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
• Design and implement microservices architectures where appropriate to enhance modularity and system flexibility.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable application delivery.

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce platform customization and application development.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including cloud infrastructure, scalable systems, and system design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, C, VBA, or Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with web development frameworks like React Express or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, design patterns, microservices architecture, and scalability best practices.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server; experience with SQL queries is essential.
• Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like GitHub or SVN for version control; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles including software design patterns, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and system security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams.
