Technical Project Manager (Agile Delivery Manager) - Software Engineering, SaaS, Product Management Reporting to the Technical Operations Director, you’ll step into a role at the heart of this global SaaS technology business’ AI evolution. This is a position for someone who thrives in shaping systems, orchestrating change, and bringing clarity to complex, multi-team delivery. You’ll work across global engineering, business, and project teams to deliver platform changes, migrations, and integration projects that bring the business together and elevate operational efficiency. You’ll own a small but impactful portfolio of digital engineering, AI and CRM projects within a wider transformation programme, ensuring every initiative lands cleanly, confidently, and with measurable business value., Plan and execute technical projects end-to-end, managing timelines, scope, and delivery outcomesPartner with Business Analysts to define use cases, acceptance criteria, and clear, testable requirementsFacilitate agile planning sessions with technical teams, ensuring priorities are aligned, dependencies are understood, and deliverables are locked inEnsure new systems and enhancements are delivered with the right documentation, governance, and change management practicesManage delivery within agreed time, scope, and cost parameters, keeping stakeholders informed and confident throughoutAnalyse business processes, map workflows, and translate operational needs into actionable technical requirementsManage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical groups, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stageLead change and transformation initiatives across SaaS sales environments, owning project scope, resources, budgets, and timelinesConduct detailed as-is and to-be analysis

3-5 years’ experience in Technical Project Management or Product ManagementStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycleExperience delivering system integration and migration projects, ideally in SaaS environmentsExcellent communication skills; able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesA collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

producing clear documentation that supports decision-making and future-state designWork closely with sales leadership, product teams, IT, and customer success to align objectives, roles, and responsibilitiesBuild strong relationships across the business to ensure smooth delivery and adoptionDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using modern project management toolsAnalyse change impacts on sales processes, workflows, and team dynamics, recommending strategies to minimise disruptionCreate communication and training plans to support adoption of new tools and processesIdentify risks early, build mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks £70k-£75k + bonus. London & 90% remote. 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
