  • Implement RBAC, Row-Level Security, Field-Level Security, Entra ID-based controls, and applicable IL5 data-protection requirements.
  • Develop automated validation and reconciliation scripts that identify schema issues, unmatched records, failed jobs, data-integrity faults, and pipeline interruptions.
  • Monitor scheduled pipeline execution and troubleshoot production issues to meet required reliability, data-quality, and service-level standards.
  • Develop and maintain Data Dictionaries, ERDs, security matrices, transformation logs, validation/test plans, and required technical reports.
  • Participate in Government data-governance and synchronization working groups and provide technical support to Government and third-party developers consuming the Dataverse data environment.

The selected candidate must complete and maintain all required Government cybersecurity, system-access, privacy, OPSEC, antiterrorism, and DoD 8140/DCWF training and qualification requirements.
