Ecommerce Operation Specialist(Shopify)

· Design, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts to ensure a professional, user-friendly, and conversion-focused experience

· Develop and customize Shopify themes, templates, and layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid

· Manage and optimize Shopify apps, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

· Develop custom Shopify apps or integrations to support business operations and automation

· Implement and maintain Google SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and site performance optimization

· Conduct keyword research, optimize product pages, collections, metadata, and site structure

· Monitor website performance, traffic, and SEO rankings using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console

· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new feature launches

· Ensure website security, speed, and compatibility across devices and browsers

· Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates, new apps, and e-commerce best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing and operating Shopify stores
• Strong knowledge of Shopify platform, themes, and app ecosystem
• Experience with web design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid)
• Solid understanding of Google SEO principles and optimization techniques
• Experience with Shopify app development or third-party API integrations is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
