Job description

As a Technology Audit Manager, you will support the delivery of technology and cyber audits across a global programme. This entry-level management role suits someone stepping up from a Senior Auditor or Assistant Manager position, with an interest in programme assurance and cyber security.

Working with Audit leaders, co-source partners, and Technology stakeholders, you will assess risks, evaluate controls, and deliver practical insights that drive improvement. This role offers exposure to technology change, cyber security, and core IT risks, while building expertise in programme assurance and cyber.

Success in this role is demonstrated through delivering high-quality audits, providing clear insights, and influencing positive change through strong stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for

  • Support delivery of a risk-based technology audit plan aligned to business priorities
  • Manage end-to-end audits or audit workstreams (planning through reporting)
  • Contribute to programme assurance reviews on major transformation initiatives
  • Deliver audits across core cyber domains (governance, vulnerabilities, IAM, incident response, third-party risk)
  • Perform audit fieldwork, including control design and effectiveness testing
  • Produce clear audit reports with practical findings and recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with Technology, Security, and Change stakeholders
  • Help improve audit methods, tools, and overall approach

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT?, * Experience in technology audit, IT risk, or similar

  • Exposure to programme/change assurance or cyber controls
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks
  • Experience supporting end-to-end audits
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks clearly
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative approach, with ability to support junior team members
  • Interest in developing expertise in programme assurance and cyber security
