Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

The Software Engineer III manages trouble tickets and develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and testing. This position improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

As a Software Engineer III YOU will:

· Manage trouble ticket resolution for multiple applications · Provide production support of applications and is responsible for determining root causes as well as proposing and implementing solutions by exercising independent thinking and judgment · Use back-end programming languages, as well as front-end script languages to optimize performance, scalability, and security · Code programming logic for new or existing solutions software or applications following design specifications · Handle installation, configuration, development, workflow design, monitoring, and/or upgrade of assigned software products · Monitor quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance · Maintain up-to-date records of issues with existing code · Offer systems recommendations for defined business needs · Present work for review and sign off by peers and/or management · Lead or mentor junior software engineers on technical projects · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions · Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives · Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field · 4-6 years of related software engineering experience · D365 developer experience with configuration experience (time tracking, field services - primarily the finance module) (required) · CRM experience for field service (required) · Strong understanding of application configuration, maintenance and support · Knowledge of client/server networks · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and identify the need to escalate issues to a higher level · Strong understanding of key business drivers of technology decisions · Ability to effectively communicate business issues to the appropriate level · Proficiency in back-end programming languages and front-end script languages · Experience with software development lifecycle and best practices · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills · Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship

It’s a BONUS if you have:

· Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) · Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines · Experience with microservices architecture · Agile/Scrum methodology experience · Experience mentoring junior engineers · Additional D365 module experience beyond finance
