Dynamics 365 Developer

HiveCo has a contract opportunity with our client in Columbus, Ohio for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join an established CRM development team supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365. This developer will contribute to large-scale projects, short-term enhancement initiatives, and ongoing application support., * Develop, configure, test, and deliver solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

• Participate throughout all phases of the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Develop solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Participate in peer code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead, developers, and business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support larger development projects as well as shorter enhancement and maintenance efforts.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist with ongoing production support.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of supported software products and business processes.
• Adapt to changing requirements and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate technical concepts and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The position will participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment, including configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support. This is an opportunity for someone with strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript experience who is comfortable collaborating with technical and business teams., * Hands-on development experience with C# and .NET.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Experience integrating applications or services with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
• Experience with user interface (UI) design or development., Candidates must meet one of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; OR
• Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience; OR
• High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related experience., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• C# and .NET: 1 year (Preferred)
• JavaScript: 1 year (Required)

This position will be initially remote and requires at least 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours of 9:00 AM-4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening deployment support may be required on weekdays beginning around 7:00 PM ET.

Candidates should be local to the Columbus, Ohio area or willing to self-relocate if a permanent opportunity is offered. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Candidates must be able to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
