Staff Systems Engineer

Operate as a recognized subject matter expert, driving alignment and influencing adoption of best practices, technology stacks, and standards beyond the immediate group. Mentor engineers across multiple teams on systems design, requirements engineering, and best practices.

Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 4 years’ experience in related systems engineering role, or alternatively Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 6 years’ in related systems engineering role. Experience must include: 1) systems engineering tools (Jama, Cameo) for architecture and requirements management; 2) Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test planning, execution, and CI/CD automation; 3) Data analysis, visualization, and KPI reporting; 4) Troubleshooting and debugging of robotic, autonomous, or automotive systems; 5) Programming in Python, C++ and ROS (Robot Operating System); 6) CAN-based vehicle networking.
