IT Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Manager to help maintain reliable technology operations across the organization. This role is responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network and system access, and helping ensure that technology resources are secure, efficient, and easy to use., · Respond to IT support requests from employees in a timely and professional manner.

· Monitor, maintain, and support computer systems, software, networks, printers, scanners, peripherals and other technology resources.

· Set up Sage, OKTA and KNOWBE4 user accounts, permissions, email access, passwords, and equipment for new hires and role changes.

· Document support tickets, resolutions, recurring issues, technical procedures and best practice procedures.

· Coordinate and oversee IT projects like system updates, software patches, antivirus protection, backups, and new technology integrations.

· Support remote users, VPN access, collaboration tools, and common business applications.

· Train employees on basic technology use, security practices, and new systems as needed.

· Escalate complex issues to senior staff, vendors, or service providers when appropriate.

· Maintain IT inventory records, including hardware, software licenses and assigned equipment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
