Job description
Analyzes and compiles data from multiple sources to produce accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc organizational reports. Uses Tableau and SQL to create actionable insights, manages Tableau reporting projects, troubleshoots support requests through Halo, collaborates with data engineering, and trains end users on Tableau. Supports reporting across finance, operations, revenue cycle, sales, quality, safety, and patient access functions., The Data Analyst supports administrative healthcare teams in analytical and data gathering activities. The Decision Support Data Analyst helps identify and drive profitable business activities through weekly, monthly, and ad hoc organizational reporting. The Decision Support Data Analyst will deliver information that is insightful, actionable, and gainful which will add analytical value to the organization to achieve goals and objectives.
Essential Functions

Analyzes and compiles new reporting from multiple sources while ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and meaningful.

Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting relating Accounting, Finance, Facility Operational, Revenue Cycle, Sales, Quality & Safety, or Patient Access as assigned.

Utilizes software such as Tableau and SQL to create high-performing and actionable insights.

Manages assigned projects in Tableau reporting website to ensure data is easily understandable and accurate.

Reviews and troubleshoots internal support requests through the Halo ticketing system and resolves in a timely manner.

Interacts with Decision Support Data Engineering team as needed to ensure data accuracy.

Administers Tableau training and Q&A sessions for 280+ end-users as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervision responsibilities., * Two plus years’ experience in Data Analysis
- Expert knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to process and identify opportunities by sourcing all available internal and external data
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL knowledge
- Tableau
- Data Warehouse Management
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Benefits & conditions
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $63,800 - $79,750 Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available The ideal applicant resides in Colorado Springs, CO, The following benefit programs are available to eligible employees.
