3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience Experience with developing, designing or testing electrical component, wiring harnesses, schematics, and a good understanding of software/hardware interaction Demonstrated experience owning and managing project deliverables Knowledge of general product development processes Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively Provide clear concise oral/written communication Ability to work off-shift hours, as needed, to support production during builds Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10% What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences) Agriculture or other off-highway vehicle development experience Experience creating and maintaining bills of material for vehicle systems or test equipment systems Experienced in either product development software development or writing test scripting in embedded product validation and verification such as SIL or HiL test stand.
