Do you have experience in Kubernetes?, Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience (Senior/Principal level)

ArgoCD / Flux / GitOps

K8s internals: CRDs, operators, reconciliation patterns

Kubernetes as a control plane experience (ideal - e.g. Crossplane, custom operators)
