Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build the next generation of intelligent digital reporting and media capture solutions. This role will focus on designing and developing scalable enterprise applications that leverage AI-powered services, cloud-native architectures, and modern front-end technologies to deliver advanced video, audio, image, and document processing capabilities., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Node.js.

• Architect and implement scalable microservices supporting AI-driven workflows, media processing, and real-time integrations.
• Build services responsible for video, audio, image, and document ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval.
• Integrate with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Document Intelligence, and related AI/ML services to enable transcription, content extraction, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Develop secure, cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, AKS, and containerized workloads.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and platform integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
• Establish and promote best practices for software architecture, security, observability, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and solution design sessions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure applications meet security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including microservices architecture and distributed systems design.
• 8+ years of experience building modern front-end applications with React and related state management frameworks.
• Strong experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services such as AKS, Blob Storage, App Services, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, and containerized environments.
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Computer Vision, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, scalability, resiliency, security, and high-availability design.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, identity management, and data protection frameworks.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, code quality, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance hands-on development work with architectural design responsibilities., * Experience building solutions involving video, audio, image processing, media streaming, or digital content platforms.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native platform engineering.
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, WebSockets, event streaming platforms, or real-time communication frameworks.
• Knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, messaging platforms, and API management solutions.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, public safety, or government environments.
• Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or Lead Full Stack Developer.
