Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are partnering exclusively with a well-established, large-scale UK business to appoint an AI Solutions Manager into a newly created role at the heart of their growing AI function.This is a genuinely exciting hire. Our client is committed to AI transformation and has the scale, budget and senior appetite to do it properly. They need someone who can own the AI agenda end-to-end from shaping the roadmap and building business cases, through to architecting solutions and driving them into production.

What You’ll Be DoingIdentifying and prioritising high-impact AI opportunities across the business by working closely with senior leadersOwning and shaping the AI roadmap, aligned to commercial and operational goalsActing as solution architect across AI programmes - ensuring the right tools, platforms and governance frameworks are in placeLeading delivery end-to-end, from initial concept and PoC through to production deploymentBuilding and presenting compelling business cases to secure senior investment and buy-inDeveloping CoE standards, templates and frameworks that define how AI is delivered at scaleChampioning responsible AI adoption and building capability and confidence across the organisationMentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performing AI functi
