Locum Adult Social Care & Housing Business Intelligence Lead

• Act as the main point of contact for Adult Social Care and Housing performance, data, and business intelligence.
• Lead on the delivery of insight to support transformation, improvement, and service reform programmes.
• Provide strategic analysis, forecasting, and demand modelling to support service planning.
• Support CQC inspections, peer reviews, and statutory data requirements.
• Work closely with senior leaders including the Executive Director of Adult Social Services and Service Directors.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using complex datasets to support decision-making.
• Lead on data quality improvements and support the implementation of data quality strategies.
• Coordinate benchmarking returns and statutory reporting requirements.
• Promote self-service analytics and support staff in using dashboards and data tools effectively.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and improved use of business intelligence tools.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including partners across health and social care.
• Contribute to safeguarding priorities through accurate and timely data insight.
• Support continuous improvement, policy development, and strategic planning across services.

Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Performance Management, or Insight roles within a public sector environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience producing dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care, Housing, or local authority services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, and BI platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.

Desirable

• Experience supporting CQC inspections or regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of forecasting, demand modelling, or service transformation projects.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Understanding of safeguarding frameworks and adult social care legislation.
• Experience working within a large local authority or health and social care system., * Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or similar: 2 years (required)
